After running a course last week on AFL I though I would post some resources which I found helpful here. The course was designed not to give answers but to encourage reflection so that you can find your own. I think that if you understand why the different bits of the recipe are needed then you are more likely to know how you can tweak it to suit your tastes (thanks for that one Beth).
